I’ll finalize every detail and prepare the files in the right formats for web and print. FAQ

How much does it cost to make an illustration?

The cost of an illustration depends on many things. Such as level of detail and the use of the illustration. Keep a starting point of 500 EUR in mind which can go up to 4000 EUR.

How long does it take to make an illustration?

Always book well in advance to make sure you secure a spot in my agenda. Developing an illustration and feedback rounds take up atleast 2 weeks.

Why do I have to pay upfront?

This is my full-time job, and just like you, I have bills to pay. Unfortunately, there have been instances where I haven’t been paid for my work. To ensure commitment from both sides, I require either full upfront payment or a 50% deposit, depending on the project.

Can you digitalize my sketch?

Yes, of course. I work with clients who already have ideas and clients who don't have any idea yet.

What is your work approach like?

My work process is highly iterative, and you’re involved at every step. This ensures that the final result not only aligns with your goals but is also designed inclusively. You’ll receive sketches and variations, with a feedback round at each phase. Need extra feedback rounds? These can be added for €15 each.

Do you illustrate childrens books?

I have done a short story and I would love to work on a childrens book!

What kind of themes do you work on?

I work on non-fiction theme's that are related to sustainable development (Sustainable Development Goals). I have a professional background in this field, so I also speak your language from a context point allowing me to develop illustrations suitable for the sector.
